You are buying advertising placement in the Civil Security AI attorney directory for a flat monthly fee. We do not sell leads, we do not pair users with attorneys, and we make no guarantee of inquiries, clients, or outcomes.
You must be licensed and in good standing in the state you select. We verify your bar number against that state bar's public lookup before your listing goes live, and we may re-verify at any time. Misrepresentation ends the listing without refund.
You are solely responsible for your name, bio, photo, video, and any claims you make, and for compliance with your state's rules on lawyer advertising, including any required disclaimers. No guaranteed-outcome language. No comparative or misleading claims. We may decline or remove content that violates these terms.
Featured is exclusive per county and practice area. Priority is limited to three firms per county and practice area, rotated. All sponsored cards are labeled "Sponsored". Order among sponsors is determined by the placement purchased and by rotation, never by any rating. Civil Security AI does not rate, rank, or endorse attorneys.
Placements are twelve-month terms billed monthly through Stripe. At the end of a term, the firm has the right of first refusal to renew at the then-current list price for the county's then-current tier. Founding firms (the first 25 nationwide) pay the founding rate for their first twelve months and thereafter receive a permanent 20% discount off then-current list, retained only while the subscription remains continuously active. You may cancel any time. There are no refunds for partial months, and your listing remains live through the paid period. CSAI may decline renewal of any placement at term end; declining renewal is not a statement about the firm.
User reviews of attorneys, if shown, are user content subject to the Civil Security AI Review Policy. You may reply to a review. We do not edit or remove reviews on request except as that policy provides.
Either party may end the listing at any time. We may suspend a listing for non-payment, loss of license, or content violations.
Civil Security AI is an informational service. Nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship between Civil Security AI and anyone, or between you and an app user until you form one yourself.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email.
